Refund & Return Policy

At Xofurious, we strive to provide high-quality sexual wellness products including Energy 365 kits, oils, creams, capsules, and tablets. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of these products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product must not be used or consumed.

• The product must be returned in original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products that appear used, damaged, or tampered with may not be eligible for refunds.

2. Opened Seal Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

• If the product seal is opened, only 50% of the product price will be refunded.

• The product must still be unused and not consumed to qualify for this partial refund.

If the product has been used, consumed, or altered, it will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:

• Courier charges

• Packaging costs

• Any additional shipping fees

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or consumed products

• Products returned without original packaging

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Items returned after the return window

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
