01. Acceptance of Protocols

By accessing the Xofurious platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These protocols govern your use of our digital arsenal and the procurement of products. If you do not agree to these terms, you are instructed to cease platform access immediately.

02. Personnel Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enlist as a customer on Xofurious. By placing an order, you represent that you possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement and that all data provided (Identity and Logistics) is accurate and verifiable.

03. Transactional Integrity & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to:

• Adjust pricing without prior notification due to market fluctuations.
• Refuse or cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of tactical security protocols.
• Limit quantities of products available for purchase per individual or household.

Xofurious is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from improper use.

05. Intellectual Property

The "XO FURIOUS" brand, logo, digital interface, and all content published on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Xofurious LLP. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal enforcement.

06. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
